Have questions about our Jackson home care services? The Advance Choice Home Care team has answers! Take a look at some of our frequently asked questions below or contact us and we’ll be happy to answer any home care questions you may have.
Q: In what areas are your services available?
A: We provide in-home care in Jackson, TN and the surrounding areas. Please visit our Service Area page for a full listing of the counties we serve.
Q: Who needs in-home care?
A: Seniors or disabled individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living, like cooking, light housekeeping, bathing, dressing, etc., or those who simply need some companionship and wish to remain at home versus moving into a skilled nursing facility could greatly benefit from in-home care.
Q: How much does the service cost?
A: Because each person’s care needs are unique, it is difficult to provide a dollar amount until we have performed a care assessment. Please reach out to our team and we can set up a free in-home care assessment to help better determine the cost of your loved one’s care.

A: Advance Choice Home Care offers a number of payment options, including: private pay, Medicaid, private insurance, long term care insurance, Veterans Aid and Assistance and workers’ compensation. Please view our Payment Options page for more information.

Q. Are your caregivers insured and bonded?
A: Yes. Your protection and security are of the utmost importance to us, which is why every caregiver we employ is insured and bonded by our company.
Q. What are the advantages of home care?
A: There are many benefits of in-home care services – companionship, regular mental and physical engagement and activity, etc. – but the biggest benefit is that home care provides elders the opportunity to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes while receiving the care and attention they need, as opposed to having to move into an assisted living or nursing facility.
